By bringing Safe Footing to your community, you will be instrumental in ending falling injury at your location and in alleviating falling fears. Training includes the:

• Biology and Physics of Slips, Trips & Stumbles,
• Safe Footing Foundation Skills: "8 Steps to a Falling Free Life"
• Safe Footing Body Memory Exercises,
• Safe Footing Teacher Training Manual, with Sample Technique Cards for Student In-Home Use,
• One Year of Free Consultation With a Master Safe Footing Instructor, and
• Certification as a “Safe Footing Falling Prevention Community" (upon commencing Safe Footing classes at your community as a whole.)
